Holyoke to Start Season at Invitational Tournament

Cougars baseball will open the 2024 season during spring break, traveling to Davenport, FL to play in the RussMatt Invitational Tournament. Holyoke will partake in the tournament for the second straight year. The Cougars will play six games against four different opponents from March 12th to the 15th.

Men's baseball heads into the season with optimism, returning two players from the 2023 squad. Travis Kagan (Chicopee, MA / Chicopee Comprehensive HS), who led last year's team in hits, runs, RBIs and batting average, is back to lead the charge. Joining him is Leyron Perez (Springfield, MA / Sci-Tech HS) who is a multi-sport athlete at HCC, playing both baseball and basketball.

Holyoke will look to gain invaluable early season experience at the RussMatt Invitational while bonding as a team during the spring break road trip. Let's go Cougars!
