Women's Basketball Season Preview

Women's basketball will begin the 2023-24 campaign with a home game this Thursday, November 16th. The Lady Cougars will host regional opponent Massasoit CC at the Bartley Center, tipoff scheduled for 5:30pm. 

The Cougars have a hard working team, a young group comprised fully of first year players. Several members of the team had great high school basketball careers and are hopeful they can make an impact at the college level. The roster includes three athletes who played for the HCC women's soccer team, including Christina Pereira (Warren, MA / Pathfinder Regional HS) who was one of soccer's strongest players over the past two years. 

Thursday's season opener will be game one of a women's and men's basketball doubleheader, both teams facing off against Massasoit. Following the women's game, the men will play at 7:30pm. Let's go Cougars!
